- Write to a family member you take for granted and express your gratitude how much that person means to you/helps you.
- Write to a relative or friend who doesn't live in California and tell that person you miss him/her.
- Write to someone who encouraged or inspired you and say thank you.
- Write to a public official with a suggestion or concern.
- If you opt to send it via snail mail, make sure you bring an envelope and stamp.
- If you opt to send it via e-mail or text, make sure you get permission from your parent(s).
