Social Studies
1. Watch "Ancient Egypt Video" and complete answers. Enter your FULL NAME.
2. Complete TCI notebook. Lesson 8, sections 1 -5. Read directions carefully. Due Friday 11/13
3. Check your history grades in Synergy. If you have a "0", you can make up work if you complete it with effort for a late grade.
**You need to turn in a late slip for each assignment you are turning in late separately.

Science
- prepare the following for tomorrow's lab:
- one tbsp. of oil (any kind)
- one 1/2-cup of water
- one 1/2-cup of water mixed with 4 tbsp. of salt, 10 drops of one food coloring color
- one 1/2-cup of water mixed with 8 tbsp. of salt, 10 drops of another food coloring color
- medicine dropper
- straw, cut in half
- a chunk of play-doh or potato (some sort of stopper) to plug one end of the straw so liquid does not come out
- study for Chapter 2 Quiz by doing the Skill/Practice Sheets posted on the Earth Science Files webpage (optional)
DUE Fri. 11/20
- Seesaw activity on Trees in Autumn (will involve taking photos)
- make sure your pages 1-38 of the Earth Science Digital Notebook matches Ms. Sun's example one
- CPO Chapter 2 Quiz next Tues. 11/17!!!
Exploratory
- start looking over the requirements for the "This Book is Anti-Racist" Research Project (posted on Google Classroom)
