Language Arts

- "I Am Malala" Interactive Notebook: (do the work in your own copy in Google Classroom)

• slide 1: make sure to put your name on the front cover
• slides 2-4: optional
• slides 5-7: must read through the events and look at the map, focusing on where India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan are; the activity itself is optional
• slide 8: must do

- final draft of personal narrative due this Fri. 1/3 in class

Social Studies

Cartouche 

-hieroglyphs are bold and permanently inked

-create a light colored background that is Egyptian themed

-REMEMBER hieroglyphs are based on SOUND not the letter

- finish pg. 49 Investigative Phenomena (answer the questions from the middle column in the right column)

- finish pg. 48 Bill Nye "Earth's Crust" with this video

- make sure your Science notebook pages are in order and the Table of Contents written out completely from pg. 34-72
