Important Reminders

- remind your parents to sign the 6th Grade WEB Social permission slips via ParentSquare (due this Thursday)

- WEB group meetup this Wednesday at Brunch 

- WEB Social after school this Fri. @ 3-4 p.m. (you must be able to stay the entire time in order to attend)

- donate wipes (of any kind) to Village A teachers if you'd like

Language Arts

DUE next Mon. 9/19:

- Newsela article: The history behind the terms for Latinx people (read the article and take the quiz at the end whichever lexile level Newsela defaults to for you; however, try to read up to 940L even if you start off at a lower level). Make sure you read the directions about how many annotations to have.

• If you're having a hard time with annotations, get a refresher by watching this video
