 Important Reminders

- No School next Friday, 11/11 (Veterans' Day)

Language Arts

DUE next Mon. 11/7:

- Newsela article: Working Together to End Climate Change (read the article and take the quiz at the end for whichever lexile level Newsela defaults to for you; however, try to read up to 1030L even if you start off at a lower level). Power Words is required; annotations are optional.

- NoRedInk Assignment #9: Adjectives vs. Adverbs

DUE Wed. 11/16:

- A Long Walk to Water characterization poster (make sure you come get the poster paper once you are done with your characterization hyperdoc in Google Classroom)

DUE Mon. 11/28:

- Family Member Interview Project — you should be practicing interviewing at home on a daily basis until you do your final recording (use the Great Questions List if you have a hard time coming up with your own questions)
