 Important Reminders

- No School on Friday, 11/11 (Veterans' Day)

Language Arts

- complete the Edpuzzle assignment on Google Classroom

- finish your Narrative Writing entry for Session #2 in Google Classroom (make sure your notes are complete according to the lesson slides)

DUE next Mon. 11/14:

- Newsela article: Global crises can speed up move to clean energy (read the article and take the quiz at the end for whichever lexile level Newsela defaults to for you; however, try to read up to 1070L even if you start off at a lower level). Power Words is required; annotations are optional.

- NoRedInk Assignment #10: Identifying Parts of Speech III

DUE Wed. 11/16:

- A Long Walk to Water Characterization Project (make sure you come get poster paper)

DUE Mon. 11/28:

- Family Member Interview Project — you should be practicing interviewing at home on a daily basis until you do your final recording (use the Great Questions List if you have a hard time coming up with your own questions)
