- No School on Monday, 9/22 (Staff Learning Day)

Language Arts

DUE next Tues. 9/23:

- Newsela article: Uranus has hidden new moon (read the article and take the quiz at the end whichever lexile level Newsela defaults to for you; however, try to read up to 890L even if you start off at a lower level). Annotations are required.

- NoRedInk Assignment #2: Pronoun-Antecedent Agreement

Social Studies
1.) Archaeology test on Thurs. 9/18.  

      -study guide and vocabulary are posted in g.  class.

      -also make sure you have all your papers completed, stamped, and corrected to turn in on day of the test.

(if you ever lose an assignment, you can go to google classroom and print out another copy)

Math

1)   Complete CW 9/15/25.  Complete ALL the problems on the page.  

2)   Review Sheet #2 due Tues. 9/16 (extra copies posted in g. class)

3)   Assessment #2 on Fri. 9/19

*How To read math homework problems assigned from the textbook:

# before "dash(-)" means the chapter, and #s after "dash(-)" mean problem numbers;   so #8-8 means chapter 8, problem 8

**Copies of math homework worksheets are posted in Math files.

Science
- complete Bill Nye "Earth's Seasons" handout with video

- complete all of the Seasonal Tilt and Whirl handouts and check your answers
