Language Arts

DUE Mon. 12/1:

- Newsela article: Speed up clean energy (read the article and take the quiz at the end whichever lexile level Newsela defaults to for you; however, try to read up to 1070L even if you start off at a lower level). POWER WORDS activity is required.

- NoRedInk Assignment #11: Rules of Capitalization II (Part 1)

Social Studies

-Complete all of Egyptian Jigsaw (table, resources, and reflection)

(if you ever lose an assignment, you can go to google classroom and print out another copy)

Math

-Homework #34: CC2: 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 - #2-37, 38, 39, 45, 53, and 54.   

Make sure you are using the online CPM mathbook and you are using the blue book which is CC2, not CC1.   Go to Clever to find the online math books.  

*How To read math homework problems assigned from the textbook:

# before "dash(-)" means the chapter, and #s after "dash(-)" mean problem numbers;   so #8-8 means chapter 8, problem 8

**Copies of math homework worksheets are posted in Math files.

Science

- complete 20 days worth of weather forecasts on pg. 83 "Weather Notebook" of your Science binder (make sure to keep the app/website consistent for this activity)
