Reminders
- November book orders DUE TOMORROW (on Scholastic website)
- get November newsletter signed (OVERDUE)
- Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum field trip permission slip due no later than next Tues. 11/13 to Ms. Sun

Language Arts 
- in your Units of Study Narrative Writing Unit Google Doc, make sure to add the following:

• learning target for Session Four (on slide 3)
• two bullets for "How to Write Powerful Personal Narratives" chart (on slide 7)
• create a new chart (and bookmark in the Google Doc) titled "Questions to Ask Yourself as You Edit" and add the eight tips to your list
• option for writing tonight: start a new entry of writing for Session Four Writing edit an existing entry you have

- bring your completed postcards with the address written and the the stamps affixed (if you don't have stamps, bring $0.35 for each postcard mailed to within the U.S. and $1.10 for each international one)

- continue to create pins for your Google My Maps for the Refugee book — if you don't have a book you could either borrow one from Ms. Sun or listen to the audiobook — the extra credit map is due Mon. 11/26

- Newsela Quiz #2 this Fri. 11/9!!!

Social Studies
- finish the Ancient Civilizations Timeline project at home
