Important Reminders

- in lieu of your weekly Newsela/NoRedInk homework, you need to watch this video AND take notes (from the beginning and stop at 13:18). You must copy down all of the example sentences in the video and mark-up the sentences as demonstrated. Scan/take photos of your notes and submit them to Google Classroom by 1:15 p.m. this Friday as usual.

- continue to revise your personal narrative according to the rubric; you will share your writing in breakout rooms at the next session

  • learning targets for Session Ten (on slide 3)
  • four bullets for the Chart — How to Write Powerful Personal Narratives (on slide 14) — first copy/paste the chart over from Session 4
  • Session 10 Writing — re-envision/re-write parts of your previous flash draft—follow the suggestions in the session lesson slides
