 Important Reminders

- school schedule changes started TODAY!!! Here is a more detailed April schedule that could be helpful.

Language Art
- continue to narrow down your Climate Change Project topic and if you have, continue to do research on your topic; be ready to share out this Thursday what your topic is and why it's important 

DUE this Fri. 4/9 @ 3:00 p.m.
- Newsela article: Climate change Alaska
- NoRedInk Assignment #20: Identifying and Punctuating Conjunctive Adverbs

- in your Information Writing Unit Digital Notebook, make sure to add the following:
  • learning target for Session Seven (on slide 3)
  • Chart — Information Writers Combine a Variety of Information (on slide 5)
  • Chart — Writing Information Texts Well (on slide 8)
  • one bullet in Chart — Power-Learning and Note-Taking (on slide 4)
  • learning target for Session Eight (on slide 5)

Math

1.  Assessment #13 on Thurs. 4/8 during respective periods.  

Study the review sheet (#13) that we went over in class as it closely aligns with what will be on the test.  


2.  Fractions Tic Tac Toe.   Due Wed. 4/7.

Make sure you read the instructions in Classroom and on the slide decks.  



Social Studies
No homework

*You need to fill out a late slip form for each assignment you are turning in late separately.  Be specific with the assignment.  Late work/redos are updated once a week.  
  
Science
SHORT-TERM ASSIGNMENT(S):
- complete asynchronous assignment from Friday if you have not; submit your artwork to Seesaw 

- make sure your pages 71-76 of the Earth Science Digital Notebook matches Ms. Sun's example one

LONG-TERM ASSIGNMENT(S):
- read over the My Place in a Changing World project website (it will not let you view the website using your school account, so please use a personal account); contribute helpful resources to our village (make sure you are signed into your CUSD Google account)

Exploratory
