Reminders
- Turn in all late work! 
 
Language Arts
- in your Lucy Calkins Argument Writing Unit Google Doc, make sure to add the following:

• learning target for Session Four (on slide 3)
• one bullet for the "How to Write a Literary Essay about Character" chart (on slide 5)
• an entry for 1/20/17: come up with one really good, broad claim about Kevin or Max from Freak the Mighty (that encompasses the whole character and the whole story — beginning, middle, and end) and three reasons that you plan to argue in your body paragraphs that substantiates your claim

- read the following chapters in Wonder tonight and make sure you go over the reading questions (audio files are available in case you want to listen and follow along):

• The Plague
• The Halloween Party 

- NoRedInk Assignment #16: Singular vs. Plural Possessives due Mon. 1/23
